Fife Wedding Photographer
For couples who don’t like having their photo taken.
Fife's got a bit of everything for a wedding. The coast, the countryside, and St Andrews with its old stone and big open skies. I've photographed couples in the gardens and Victorian greenhouse at Teasses Estate, and out on the windy, rainy, gloriously relaxed coast around St Andrews, getting married under the arches of the University Quad before dinner and dancing.
Whatever Fife throws at us, weather included, the way I work doesn't change. I keep things easy, blend in like a guest, and watch for the real moments instead of stopping the day to set them up. Almost everything I shoot is candid, so you can relax and forget the camera's even there.
And if you fancy running into the sea in your wedding clothes for a few daft photos, even better. But there's genuinely no pressure. Mostly I'll just let the day happen and catch it as it goes.
If you're after a long list of formal, posed shots, I'm probably not your guy. But if you want honest photos of a brilliant, relaxed day, and a photographer who stays till the peak of the party, we'll get on just fine.
